Now here's an old favourite. The Alien Queen Box Set was one of the most enduring examples of the Movie Maniacs range of merchandise McFarlane produced, and even though the set is now long since out of production, it remains a firm favourite with fans and collectors.

The size of the set is impressive, instantly giving fans of the Alien movies something to get excited about, but then you look closer and you see that the level of detail is excellent, along with it boasting one of the best paint jobs a McFarlane set has ever been blessed with.

Recreating the iconic scene in 'Aliens' when the victim is found stuck to a wall with alien goo, and then revealing the film's first chest burster, the Alien Queen Box Set is an excellent example of a movie collectible done very right indeed. If you find oje of these around, snap it up. I mean, spectators can sell it on if they wish, but real fans of movie merchandise will love to keep hold of this one.
